User Experience Expert - Analyze client sites and identify areas for improvements. Produce reports and mockups of suggested improvements. Requires a User Interface Design background and excellent written communication skills. PhotoShop experience is a plus.

Web Analyst - Responsible for setup and administration of all website analytics using Google Analytics. Create, analyze, and understand key performance metrics based on clients' business goals. Understand the key drivers of performance related to online marketing campaigns. 3+ years experience as a Web analyst and running pay-per-click campaigns. Highly proficient at analyzing and interpreting data.

Social Media Marketer - Help SiteTuners to achieve our branding and marketing communication goals through participation in various social media networks. Write and post blog content, include our company in appropriate online conversations, research and monitor conversations about our industry (online reputation management). Develop metrics to measure success of the program. Requires excellent writing skills and at least 2 years experience in Web 2.0 venues.

Website Designer - Design web templates, sites, and landing pages. Includes design of layout, creation of graphics, and writing of text. At least 2 years experience in web design required. Proficient with Photoshop, Dreamweaver. Solid writing skills and understanding of clean web design principles.

JavaScript Programmer - Responsible for implementing the code to run SiteTuners landing page tests for our clients. Must have extensive experience with DHTML and CSS. Experience with a variety of scripting languages and content management systems a plus.

Google Website Optimizer - Run Google Website Optimizer tests for our clients. Responsible for all phases of GWO tests including determining what to test, implementing, running, and analyzing results of tests.
