The 2013 Internet Retailer Web Design & Usability Conference started in Orlando yesterday, and today kicks off another round of sessions to keep your e-Commerce design tools sharp. 

SiteTuners CEO Tim Ash chimes in at 11:15 a.m. today, and he’ll take on the language businesses use and the language visitors understand.
